A fairly priced dual-channel dash cam that records 1080p front, 720p rear. Very good video quality, except for the rear view footage at night, which is a bit dark. Optional GPS. Parking mode with buffered video. Voice menu.

Excellent video quality at day, good at night. Comes with GPS, WDR super night vision and a 2.7″ screen. A great buy for around $150.

Great value for money: A small and stylish 1080p dashboard camera. For less than $100, the Mini 0801 offers good video quality at a 135° viewing angle. Optionally, integrated GPS and 8 GB internal memory are available.

Best dash cam if you are looking to spend the minimum amount of money. Records decent quality 1080p video for around $60. Only drawback is the sometimes shaky footage. WDR super night vision. 2.7″ screen. 120° viewing angle.

An upgrade of the highly successful DVR-027. Top choice in the lower price range. Good video quality at 720p. Seamless recording. Rotatable 2.5″ screen. HDMI and mini-USB connectors.
DOD F500LHD Review
The F500LHD is one of the cheaper dash cams, but it records 1080p @ 30fps with great video quality during the day. Night video quality is less great, but still acceptable. Highly reliable. Records in .MOV. Tripod screw mount. No GPS.
Itronics ITB-100HD SP Smart Plus
The Itronics ITB-100HD SP Smart Plus is a high-end Korean dashboard camera valued around $340. It features in-built GPS, Full HD recording at 30fps, voice alerts and is of a good overall quality. However it does suffer from a couple of drawbacks, the most important of which is its low bit rate.
808 #18 DR32 (a.k.a. Hetai DR32)
The DR32 delivers great video quality day and night, taking into account that it costs less than $150. Unlike most other dash cams it has a standard tripod screw mount. Cons: Its not so discreet form factor and some reliability issues that are still being worked on.
Vico-TF2+ Premium
The Vico-TF2+ Premium features great video quality day and night. Large viewing angle of 160°. Very heat resistant due to large casing (up to 75˚C/167˚F). 2.4″ screen. No GPS and the rather taste-dependent form factor are the main drawbacks.
K6000
A low cost dash cam of Chinese origin, the K6000 shoots good video at day, but night quality is poor. Records 1080p @25fps, or 1440×1080 @30fps
Lukas LK-7900 ACE
A very popular, small and discreet, high quality dash cam. Supports up to 128GB memory card and can withstand very high temperatures up to 90˚C. CPL lens available separately to reduce reflections. GPS.
Urive MD-8000P Shotgun Dual Channel
The Urive MD-8000P Shotgun is the first dual-channel dashboard camera that records 1080p in the front and 720p to the rear. It is quite small and sports a sleek, modern design.
